central reservationsOur Central Reservation Office (CRO) provides a personalised friendly and professional service.  It assists those who book hotel accommodation in many ways. 
 
Recognised by IATA, we are able to book world wide for you, however in the event of accommodation been sought in a more rural setting our CRO has access to a staggering amount of 'bed and breakfast' establishments throughout the UK.
 
If you book 'budget roadside accommodation', such as Travelodge, you can still benefit from the streamlining of the service, even with your account card if you have business accounts set up.
 
The CRO service is free of charge* and the package is an invaluable tool for booker.  Our CRO systems have been design and written in house and can produce reports based on almost any criteria - our expenditure report issued every month means no more consolidation exercises to balance credit card statements, all you need to do is call us and book your accommodation through the service.

Our CRO team do not utilise the GDS systems favoured by some of our competitors who rely on volume often at the compromise of service and rate. 
 
Our rates are negotiated direct and, in more cases often than not, the rates achieved are more competitive than the computer driven GDS systems . . .  exactly what you would expect to receive from such a personalised service.
